Loan: The loan that is given is half a point below prime, 2.75%, which is significantly below what federal loans are at this time. Loans do not have to be pay back until completion of degree. Must maintain passing grades and be exceeding in the academic setting. There is a possibility upon completion the interest may be forgiven leaving students to pay the principal only.

Scholarship: the foundation would like to offer a scholarship to a students at each school in RRPS. See application on web-site for more information.
