Effective immediately all student vehicles must be registered & insured for authorized parking on campus & must display a current, valid parking permit. Student vehicles must be parked in their assigned parking area. Non-registered vehicles or vehicles parked in the parking areas not designated for student parking are subject to BOOT IMMOBILIZATION, TICKETING & OR TOWING AT OWNER’S EXPENSE

Campus parking is a privilege and all students are reminded that this privilege may be revoked if you fail to operate your vehicle on campus in accordance with state laws, school rules and policies and procedures.

NO EXCEPTIONS Absolutely no student parking is permitted in the staff parking lot ,Horseshoe or church/seminary across the street from the campus (either curbside, mesa or parking lot). Any vehicle parked in an unauthorized area will be boot immobilized.

ATTENTION JUNIORS AND SENIORS. THE U.S. ARMY IS COMING TO CAMPUS MONDAY AUGUST 22^ND DURING BOTH LUNCHES, WITH A MULTI MEDIA PRESENTATION OPEN TO ALL STUDENTS. THE ARMY TRAILER WILL BE LOCATED IN THE BUS PARKING LOT BETWEEN THE SCIMATICS AND FINE ARTS BUILDINGS. IT WILL HAVE VIDEO PRESENTATIONS AND VIDEO GAMES AS WELL. COME CHECK IT OUT MONDAY DURING LUNCH.

Register for College Success Experience-a dual-credit CNM course that is being offered at Rio Rancho HS Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 2:30-4:00 in SciMatics 108.

· You will get high school and college credit for this free course, and will meet your graduation requirement with ease.

· See counselor Gage Romansky, or Ms. DiMiceli Blanton in SciMatics 108 to sign up.

Registration for the 1st Drivers Ed class for this fall semester will begin August 18, 7:00 AM in the HUM OFFICE. Registration will be open for one week, or until the first 40 students sign up. The class will begin Thursday, August 25. Students must be 15 in order to take this class. For more information or other questions please see Ms. Jones in the HUM Office.

Also, can there be a reminder announced to all students that they need to go to their Academy for tardy passes and lockers.

Also a reminder as to the process to check out lockers. Lockers must be checked out in the Academy Office first prior to putting you lock on the locker.

All boys and girls interested in playing golf, there is a mandatory parent player meeting Thursday Aug. 18^th at 6:30 pm in the gym classroom. Any questions come see coach Black in BE 101

Any boy not currently playing in a fall sport and is interested in playing basketball this year, there will be a pre-season meeting on Tuesday, August 23^rd at 2:45pm in the varsity boys locker room located in the gym. We will be discussing information about pre-season conditioning and open gym. Any questions see Coach Salata.
