Frey, John - Algebra I & Trigonometry.

Hello My Name Is...

John Frey

Algebra I and Trigonometry Teacher

I am a retired military officer with over 24 years of service in the Air Force.  I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BS in Civil Engineering in 1990 and served in numerous postings as an Air Force Civil Engineer in the United States and overseas; including Italy, Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan, Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar.  My work included oversight of new construction, maintenance, and repair of facilities, as well as, leadership of personnel involved in engineering, firefighting, disaster preparedness, and explosive ordnance disposal missions.  I served two tours as a Squadron Commander and four years on the Pentagon Staff.  I retired at the end of 2014.  I hold a Masters in Business Administration from the University of West Florida and a masters degree from Air Force’s Air Command and Staff College.  I am currently working on my Masters in Secondary Education through the University of New Mexico.  I am an avid reader of science and history.  In my spare time, I enjoy woodworking, renovating my house, scale model building, travel, and film/digital photography.  I do my best to keep up with Borussia Dortmund (BVB), Tottenham Hotspur, The Broncos, The St Louis Cardinals, The Mercedes F1 Team, and the Isotopes!  Finally, and most important, I'm LLL (a Life Long Learner).
